Budget Package HD Stills Photo Shoot - $99

• 8 -10 finished images.
• This package is adequate for vacations rentals, condos, apartments, small homes and townhouse, up to 1,000 SF.
• We will take a front exterior and all the major rooms such as living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, master bathroom and guest room.
• Special emphasis on the element(s) you choose.
• Shoots will take approximately 1-1.5 hours.
• License Terms - Unlimited media, single use, up to one year.

Standard Package HD Stills Photo Shoot - $199

• 20 - 25 finished images.
• This package is adequate for a 3 bedrooms, 2 baths home, approximately between 1,000 and 3,000 SF homes.
• We will take front/back exteriors and all the major rooms such as living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom/bathroom and guest rooms. Powder rooms, small bathrooms, utility rooms or garages are not a shooting priority unless you give us direction otherwise. Photos will include multiple angles of front and rear exterior, as well as larger rooms in the home. 
• Shoots will take approximately 2 - 3 hours.
• License Terms - Unlimited media, single use, up to one year.

Large Package HD Stills Photo Shoot - $349

• 26 - 35 finished images.
• This package will typically cover large homes over 4+ bedrooms and 2+ bathrooms or/and over 3,000 sf. 
• we will take front/back exteriors and all the major rooms such as living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom/bathroom, guest rooms, Patio, and if applicable Pool area, waterfalls, fireplace, and other special features. Photos will include multiple angles of front and rear exterior, as well as larger rooms in the home.
• Shoots will take approximately 3 - 4 hours.
• License Terms - Unlimited media, single use, up to one year.

Standard Commercial HD Stills Photo Shoot- $499

• 25 - 35 finished images.
• Standard Commercial is best suited for Residential Real Estate, Multi-Family Real Estate, Rental Housing and other projects where the images will be used on an ongoing basis for a moderate amount of time.
• Shoots will take approximately 5 hours.
• License Terms – Unlimited media, 3 years.

Large Commercial HD Stills Photo Shoot- $979

• 35 - 45 finished images.
• Expanded Commercial is best suited for Multi-Family Real Estate, Hotels, Restaurants, Retail, Vacation Rentals and other projects where the images will be used on an ongoing basis for a moderate amount of time.
• Shoots will might take up to 8 hours.
• License Terms – Unlimited media, 7 years.

Note: The photo packages are suggested per home size, but you can select standard package for Large Homes. Extra images will cost $12 each for residential properties.

We offer HD magazine quality Real Estate photos in all packages above, they all will include digital format (.jpg) optimized for use on the MLS, Web and flyers. Once the photos are shot they will be professionally post-processed and delivered electronically.

Additional Services

Subdivision amenities up to 6 photos - $59: Depending on community size; the shot might include Club house, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Playground, Basketball Court, Beach Volleyball, or Shuffleboard.

Twilight for exterior - $99: Twilight images capture "the blue hour" and give a dramatic and elegant look to the home, twilight shots generally attract the most attention and therefore should be considered as the money shot. These shoots are scheduled, billed and charged as a separate shoot from the interior. Setup begins 1/2 hour before sunset. All lights in the home must be turned on as well as all landscape, pool, patio and front exteriors. This type of photo is an extra cost because require an extra trip scheduled around twilight and take more processing time.

Personalized high quality Virtual Tour - $39: This virtual tour can be used as an online home tour. The virtual tour stays up forever, and includes a full screen slideshow presentation of the photos, an email notification with instructions will be sent to Agents when tour is ready, more details below.
